Prayer on the ninth day of the holy month of Ramadan

This is the recommended prayer on the ninth day of the holy month of Ramadan.

بسم الله الرحمن الرحیم

اَللّهُمَّ اجْعَلْ لی فیهِ نَصیباً مِنْ رَحْمَتِكَ الْواسِعَتِ وَاهْدِنی فیهِ لِبَراهینِكَ السّاطِعَتِ وَخُذْ بِناصِیتی اِلی مَرْضاتِكَ الْجامِعَتِ بِمَحَبَّتِكَ یا اَمَلَ الْمُشْتاقین

O Allah, on this day, grant me a share from Your mercy which is wide, guide me towards Your shining proofs, lead me to Your all encompassing pleasure, by Your love, O the hope of the desirous
