Hazrat Ali’s birthday is celebrated on the 13th of the Islamic month of Rajab. On this occasion, the Shia Muslim community in India celebrated the birthday of Imam Ali (A.S) on Tuesday, January 14, 2025, with joy by offering Nazar Niyaz.
The series, which started with Nazr in the houses of the Shia community early in the morning when people formed groups and went to each other’s homes to taste the nazr of the Imam. The process of people coming and going to homes continued till late night. While the process of eating Nazr continued in the houses, on the other hand, a gathering was organized in the honor of Imam Ali (A.S) in the Imambaras, Rozas and Karbalas glittering with colorful lights across the city.
