The Head of Iran’s Seminary, Ayatollah Alireza Arafi met with Yan Famin, the head of the Chinese Muslim Union, on the sidelines of the “Spiritual Silk Road” international conference in Kazan, Russian on Sunday, July 28.
In this meeting, the head of seminaries spoke on the centers of science and knowledge production in Iran, Saying, “In the Islamic Republic of Iran, there are two important centers of science production, one is the universities of the country, and the other is the seminaries, which have a brilliant history of more than a thousand years in producing science in religious subjects, Islamic sciences and humanities in various subjects and disciplines.”
In this meeting, Yan Famin, the head of the Muslim Union of China, appreciated the words of the head of seminaries of the Islamic Republic of Iran and emphasized that China is ready for expanding scientific and religious cooperation in various Islamic and religious fields.
