On Friday evening, February 3, 2023, the Supreme Leader of the Islamic Republic of Iran, Ayatollah Sayyed Ali Khamenei received a group of teenage girls who have attained the age of maturity (i.e., the age of observing religious obligations) on the eve of the birthday anniversary of Imam Ali (PBUHH).
The celebration which is known as “the Celebration of Angels” was held at Husseiniyah of Imam Khomeini (RA), Tehran and the Maghrib and Isha prayers were led by the Leader. Thereafter, he urged the teenage girls to observe their ritual prayers regularly as the best way to show their love for their Creator (Allah).
